Since the 18th June 2014, The Bistronome opened its doors at Place de Chambre in Metz.
It has one of the best views on the Moselle, the Temple Neuf and the Opera Theater. It also has an inside and an outside place, next to the Cathedral Saint-Étienne.

We work to create a warm, authentic, and charming place, where the discussions relate the quality and the authenticity of the meals. One key-word: “PLEASURE”
Our Vision
Throughout the years, the teams have evolved and changed. Nonetheless, the goal has always been to respect the products and the people.
Today, our team wants to shed a light on a more “responsable” and refined cuisine. We also aim at prioritising the short circuit, the seasonal products, and the local producers for a more righteous economy.
That is our reason to wake up each morning.

Our team
Our chef, Mika, climbed his way through the many other restaurants of the group to acquire an exceptionnal and unique knowledge to take customers’ breath away.
In his team, he can lean on his indestructible second, Greg. For the service, meet Gaby, working there since its beginnings, that will guide you through your experience.
Without forgetting our Big Boss, Max.
The Cuisine
The restaurant’s menu, that changes throughout the seasons, leans on a diversity of colors and savors made of fresh products. The wine counter is perfect for the degustation and the discovery of the feelings and expressions of many of the national and regional wines.
We also host groups and family events with on-demand privatisation. We offer adapted prestations, according to your tastes and needs.
We will be able to demonstrate originality and are masters when it comes to fulfill customers’ expectations.
